Be it resolved that City Council approves the agenda as amended.

Be it resolved that Council for the City of Temiskaming Shores hereby acknowledges receipt of the City of Temiskaming Shores updated 2026 Asset Management Plan (Version 1.4) presentation; and Further that Council directs staff to prepare the necessary by-law to adopt the 2026 Asset Management Plan (Version 1.4), for consideration at the March 17, 2026 Regular Council Meeting.

Be it resolved that Council for the City of Temiskaming Shores acknowledges receipt of Memo No. 002-2026-PW, regarding the Transportation Services operations update, for information purposes.

Be it resolved that Council for the City of Temiskaming Shores acknowledges receipt of Administrative Report No. PW-004-2026, regarding the 2025 Annual Reports for the municipal water systems, in accordance with Schedule 22 of O. Reg. 170/03, made under the Safe Drinking Water Act; and That Council hereby directs staff to notify the public of the availability, upon request, of the 2025 Annual Reports, and to post the reports on the municipal website.

Be it resolved that Council for the City of Temiskaming Shores acknowledges receipt of Administrative Report No. PW-005-2026; and That Council directs staff to prepare the necessary by-law to enter into an agreement with Miller Paving Limited for the rehabilitation of Golf Course Road Bridge (Wabi River), in the amount of $ 646,450.00 plus applicable taxes, for consideration at the March 17, 2026, Regular Council meeting.

Be it resolved that Council for the City of Temiskaming Shores hereby acknowledges receipt of the Asset Management Plan - Buildings Review presentation.

Be it resolved that Council for the City of Temiskaming Shores acknowledges receipt of Administrative Report No. PPP-002-2026; and That Council hereby appoints Jason Boyce as Volunteer Captain to the Temiskaming Shores Fire Department, in accordance with the Volunteer Firefighter Hiring and Promotional Policy.

Whereas Section 284 (1) of the Municipal Act, 2001 states that the Treasurer of a Committee of the Whole Minutes - Tuesday, March 03, 2026 municipality shall in each year, on or before March 31, provide to the Council of the municipality an itemized statement of remuneration and expenses paid in the previous year to each member of Council and to each person, other than a member of Council, appointed by the municipality to serve as a member of any body, including a local board, in respect of his or her services as a member of the body. Be it resolved that Council acknowledges receipt of Memo No. 006-2026-CS; and the 2025 Statement of Remuneration and Expenses as submitted by the Treasurer; and That a copy of this statement be posted on the City’s website and advertised in the City Bulletin.

Be it resolved that Council for the City of Temiskaming Shores acknowledges receipt of Administrative Report No. CS-002-2026; That Council authorizes staff to prepare the necessary by-laws for consideration at the March 17, 2026 Regular Council meeting: a. To establish dates for advanced voting for the 2026 Municipal Election; b. For reduced hours of voting in institutions and retirement homes on voting day; Committee of the Whole Minutes - Tuesday, March 03, 2026 c. To adopt the use of corporate resources during an election policy for the City of Temiskaming Shores; and d. To authorize the provision of election related information in languages other than English; and Further that Council directs the Municipal Clerk to maintain the existing statutory threshold for recounts pursuant to Section 56 of the Municipal Elections Act, S.O. 1996, for the 2026 Municipal and School Board Elections.

Be it resolved that Council for the City of Temiskaming Shores hereby acknowledges receipt of the City of Temiskaming Shores Official Plan Review and Update (Draft Committee of the Whole Minutes - Tuesday, March 03, 2026 Background and Directions Report) presentation.

Be it resolved that Council hereby adjourns its meeting at 5:25 p.m.
